- Why I am involved with PBIS: I chose to become involved with PBIS at Aberdeen High School because I saw it as a good way to be part of a positive culture change.  To establish, the “Aberdeen Way.”   Being a Bobcat alumni, and living here most of my life, I have a lot of community pride and want to help make our school and community a better place.
